About Me
Natalie Patuzzo is a clown, director & theatre maker based in Manchester.
Natalie grew up in the Midlands and then Essex before she went on to train in European Theatre Arts at Rose Bruford College, with a placement at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (HAMU), studying non-verbal theatre.
Since graduating Natalie has worked on a variety of shows as a performer and director. She has performed various clown acts at Nottingham Playhouse, Creatures Comedy Club, Blue Elephant Theatre, 53Two, and returned to Prague to perform at Jatka78 alongside Trygve Wakenshaw and Thom Monckton. She also won Best Theatre Play at Guildford Fringe with her graduate company, Soft Pedal Collective.
After a turbulent time studying directing at ALRA North, in 2023-2024 Natalie was lucky enough to receive an Arts Council England DYCP grant to develop herself as a comedy director. During this period she trained at Ecole Philippe Gaulier on the Clowns course, received mentorship from directors Lucy Enskat & Cal McCrystal, and more!
Natalie is now in this process of creating her first hour long solo show. You can see her half hour Work In Progress this summer at Manchester Fringe & Camden Fringe!
